Root Resolution Approach
The Root Resolution Approach
Pain, tension, and stress often show up in patterns. The goal is not to chase symptoms, but to listen to what the body is communicating.
Sessions may include relaxation massage, structural bodywork, trigger point therapy, lymphatic support, essential oils, nervous system calming, and intuitive emotional release work depending on the session you choose.
The goal is to help your body release what it no longer needs and return to greater ease, awareness, and balance.

Simple 3-part approach
Assess
We begin by noticing what your body is holding — areas of tension, posture patterns, pain, stress, or muscles that may be overworking to protect you. For structural sessions, this may include body measurements, posture observation, and looking at how different areas of the body may be contributing to the pattern.
Release
Through therapeutic massage, trigger point work, deep tissue techniques, lymphatic support, essential oils, or gentle nervous system-focused care, we help the body soften, release tension, and shift out of protective holding patterns.
Restore
The goal is to leave feeling more balanced, grounded, and connected — with greater ease in your body and a clearer sense of what your body may be communicating.
